In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the hao88 website at https://hao88.club, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request its closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

hao88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the hao88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. hao88 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will require documentary proof of age before any withdrawal is authorized.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hao88 or any third-party responsible gaming organization to which hao88 subscribes.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of hao88, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by hao88 for any reason related to Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.

hao88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hao88 may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of hao88 services, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one Account on hao88. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or through error — is a breach of these Terms. hao88 will close all duplicate Accounts upon discovery and may, at its absolute discretion, confiscate any Balance or Bonus Funds held across those Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. hao88 will treat any activity carried out using your Account credentials as having been authorized by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify hao88 immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be applied.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not use a password that you use for any other online service or platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account security settings — hao88 strongly recommends this for all Members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

hao88 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard their credentials, or where the Member shared credentials voluntarily with a third party.

hao88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, and fraud prevention. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and may also be triggered by unusual Account activity at any time.

When requested, you must provide the following documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age, typically demonstrated by the date of birth shown on your Proof of Identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address in Indonesia, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, where required by our compliance team.

If a Member fails to complete KYC verification within the period specified — typically 14 calendar days from the date of the verification request — hao88 reserves the right to suspend Account access, block withdrawals, and ultimately close the Account, returning any verified real-money Balance to the Member via the original deposit channel after deducting any applicable administration costs.

All financial transactions on hao88 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hao88 does not impose currency conversion on any transaction — what you deposit in Rupiah is credited in Rupiah, and what you withdraw is paid out in Rupiah to your nominated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.

Supported payment channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per channel and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard.

Deposits: Funds deposited via e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are credited within standard banking processing times, normally within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB).

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business hour during operational hours. E-wallet withdrawals average under five minutes once approved; bank transfer withdrawals complete within standard interbank processing times.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawal requests will be refused.
• hao88 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which hao88 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited in error must be reported to support immediately. hao88 will use reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee reversal once funds have been used in gameplay.

hao88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general clause, the promotion-specific term prevails.

Welcome Bonus: New Members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified before any derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money Balance. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

• Bonus funds are consumed before real-money Balance in all bet placements unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum using Bonus Funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or Account.
• hao88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already credited to Member Accounts at the time of the change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All bets placed on the hao88 sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming product are governed by the specific rules applicable to that product category, as published within the relevant product section of the Platform. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

Sportsbook: hao88 offers betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and AFF Cup / Piala AFF), esports (MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and other sports. Bet types include single-match bets, Asian handicap (voor bola — Asian handicap system widely used in Indonesia), over/under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets).

• Odds are displayed in the format selected in Account settings and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• hao88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• In the event of a disputed result, hao88's decision — made in good faith in accordance with official competition results from recognized governing bodies — is final and binding.
• Live in-play bets are subject to delay. Any bet placed after the event to which it relates has concluded will be voided.

Casino & Slots: All RNG-based games (including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero) are certified as provably fair by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are available within each game's information panel. Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant game as conducted by the dealer at the table.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hao88 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following may face immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's identity to open an Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are knowingly acting on behalf of a person under 21.
• Colluding with other Members, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI-driven system to interact with the Platform, including but not limited to automated betting tools, card-counting programs, or screen-scraping applications.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain — commonly referred to as "game glitching" or "odds scalping".
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using hao88 as a conduit for illegal fund transfers.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward hao88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any hao88 software or system.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access, Account Balance, or Bonus Funds to any third party.

All content on the hao88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, user interface designs, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of hao88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any hao88 content without prior written authorization.
• Use the hao88 name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by hao88.
• Frame or mirror any hao88 content on any external website or application without express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of hao88 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

hao88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at hao88.club/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data commitments include:

• All personal data is stored in encrypted databases with strict, role-based access controls.
• hao88 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained only for as long as required by our operational and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to our obligations to retain data under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hao88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, hao88 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or scores caused by data feed errors, provided that hao88 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain data accuracy.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Any harm, loss, or liability arising from a Member's breach of these Terms, including losses incurred as a result of Account suspension or closure for Prohibited Conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, hao88's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to hao88 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary Closure: Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting hao88 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, hao88 will process any remaining verified withdrawable Balance to the Member's nominated payment method, close the Account, and confirm closure by email within five business days.

hao88-Initiated Suspension: hao88 reserves the right to suspend an Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has:

• Engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Provided false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing Account maintenance.
• Failed to complete requested KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Breached any provision of these Terms in a manner that hao88 reasonably considers to be material.
• Used the Platform in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of games, the safety of other Members, or the reputation of hao88.

During a suspension, access to the Account — including the ability to deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access game history — will be restricted. hao88 will notify the Member of the suspension by email and, where possible, provide an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent closure decision is made, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing fraud or harm.

Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so directly through the Account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period selected. For more information, see our Responsible Gaming page.

hao88 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page. When material changes are made — meaning changes that substantively affect Members' rights, obligations, or the terms under which bonuses or withdrawals are processed — hao88 will notify active Members by:

• Sending an email notification to the registered email address on file at least seven calendar days before the revised Terms take effect (except where an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons).
• Displaying a notification banner upon login to the Platform during the notice period.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.

hao88 is licensed and regulated internationally. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hao88 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. hao88 acknowledges that Indonesian consumer protection laws may afford certain non-waivable rights to Members resident in Indonesia, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit those rights to the extent they are legally non-waivable.
